Not in love with your purchase? We’ll gladly take eligible items back within 30 days from the original shipment date.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details and we will assist you from here. Just be sure you have not worn or altered the returning item(s). The price tag must also be attached to the item, and you’ll need to present the receipt or invoice. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender. Once you return an item, it may not be available for immediate repurchase. You can return items by mail.
We strive to make your purchase perfect every time. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, let us know, we will make it right.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities to anyone we believe may be purchasing items for resale. Sales to anyone management believes to be a reseller or bulk purchaser are final, and no exchanges or returns will be granted.
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning purchased items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
